TempaiTown does not custody your keys. Your wallet is secured by a passkey stored on your device. We have no ability to access, reset, or recover your wallet.

If you lose access to your passkey — by losing your device, wiping its data, or removing the credential — your funds and items are permanently inaccessible. There is no seed phrase, recovery email, or support process that can restore access. This is by design.

Treat your passkey device like a physical key to a vault. Consider enrolling your passkey on multiple devices if your platform supports it.

Prices are volatile and can change between the moment you see a quote and the moment a transaction executes. A displayed price is not a guaranteed execution price.

Secondary market liquidity can be thin, especially for newer or less-traded collections. You may not be able to sell an item at the price you paid for it, or at all, if there are no buyers or AMM liquidity.

Pawning into the AMM floor gives you immediate liquidity but at the current floor price — which may be below what you paid. Standing offers from other users may offer better prices, but they can be withdrawn at any time.

During primary sale phases, secondary liquidity is limited to existing standing offers. Full AMM liquidity becomes available after the primary sale ends.

TempaiTown marketplace activity is executed through smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs, behave unexpectedly, or be affected by network conditions.

While contracts are designed and tested carefully, they are not audited to the standard of mainnet DeFi protocols. Use accordingly.

TempaiTown relies on blockchains, relays, indexers, RPCs, and third-party funding services. Any of these can fail, lag, or produce temporarily inconsistent data.

Delegated marketplace keys reduce passkey prompts but introduce a window of authorized spending. Monitor your active delegations and revoke any you no longer need.
