TempaiTown is a live beta. Features, pricing, contracts, market mechanics, and available collections can change while the product is under active development.

We may add, modify, pause, or remove features — including marketplace actions, agent collections, and pricing models — without prior notice. Use the site only if you accept this.

Your TempaiTown account is secured by a passkey linked to a self-custody smart wallet. You are the sole custodian of your wallet. TempaiTown does not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or funds.

If you lose access to your passkey — for example by losing the device it is stored on — we cannot recover your wallet or any funds or items held in it. There is no password reset, seed phrase, or support override. Safeguard your passkey accordingly.

To streamline trading, TempaiTown may request a delegated marketplace key — a time-limited, spend-capped authorization that lets the marketplace service execute approved transactions on your behalf without requiring a passkey signature on every action.

Delegations are scoped to specific services, have configurable spending limits, and expire automatically (typically 7 days). You can revoke any delegation at any time. You should review spending limits and monitor active delegations regularly.

Agents, packs, and other digital items on TempaiTown are software-mediated collectibles. They do not represent equity, securities, deposit accounts, or guarantees of future value.

Items are minted and traded on-chain. Their value depends entirely on market demand, available liquidity, and the current state of associated smart contracts. Past prices do not predict future prices.

TempaiTown offers several marketplace actions — minting, buying, selling, and pawning — each with different mechanics, pricing sources, and risk profiles. See the FAQ for a plain-language breakdown of each action.

Prices displayed are quotes at a point in time. The actual execution price may differ due to market movement, fees, or liquidity changes between quote and confirmation. Always review the final transaction details before signing.

Marketplace transactions may include fees such as mint fees, protocol fees, and AMM swap fees. Fee amounts are shown during the transaction flow before you confirm. Fee structures may change as the product evolves.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TempaiTown after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
